What is a CSA? CSA stands for Community Shared Agriculture. What’s in our CSA box?  Brakstad Family Farm CSA provides a weekly box of farm produce from roughly Memorial Weekend to Mid-September. This time frame may vary slightly depending on when produce is ready to harvest early in the Spring. That’s 14 weeks of fresh, local and delicious produce on your table.  The CSA includes seasonal vegetables from lettuce, radishes, beans, varieties of tomatoes, kale, kohlrabi, onions, peppers, squash, potatoes, corn, melon, carrots, rutabagas, turnips, and parsnips, to name a few!
